Meet Heather Pierucki
Heather has been working in the mental health field since 2011 and providing clinical supervision since 2013. She founded Island Clinical Supervision to give prelicensed clinicians in Hawaiʻi a structured, organized path through the supervision process instead of the fragmented experience most people navigate on their own.
Her clinical work takes a person centered, reality therapy approach, with a focus on high performers and people navigating periods of feeling stuck. She brings that same directness into supervision. Heather holds an active LMHC license with the State of Hawaiʻi and is approved to supervise LMHC licensure candidates.
