Where do I manage my schedule?

Use the Schedule page in your supervisor area. Jane opens in a new tab and is where booking administration happens.

Why does Jane open outside the site?

Jane is the scheduling system behind the platform. Island Clinical Supervision provides the surrounding dashboard, workflows, and support structure.

Do supervisees log their own hours?

No. Hours and completed sessions currently rely on supervisor logged data.

What should I do before opening booking publicly?

Make sure your Jane availability is correct and your real calendar is synced so you do not create avoidable conflicts.

What if a supervisee is confused about booking?

Direct them to the member Schedule page, Member FAQ, or Support page rather than trying to solve everything by email.

Where do I go if something is broken?

Use the Support page for access issues, Jane problems, workflow confusion, or anything stopping you from supervising effectively.
