How the ecosystem works

Island Clinical Supervision is the main platform experience. Jane handles scheduling. Airtable is used behind the scenes for roster and session tracking workflows.

Supervisors should use the dashboard for platform navigation and Jane for availability and booking administration.

Scheduling

Supervisees book through Jane. Supervisors control availability, treatment settings, and group session structure there.

Logged sessions and hours

Completed supervision sessions should be logged correctly so supervisee progress stays accurate. Members currently rely on supervisor logged data rather than self entry.

When to use support

Use Support for access issues, Jane setup problems, confusion about workflow, or anything that prevents you from supervising effectively inside the platform.
