How the platform works

Island Clinical Supervision is your home base. Use your member dashboard to access scheduling, resources, support, and supervision information.

Jane is used for booking appointments. Your supervisor logs completed supervision sessions. Hours are not self reported through this platform right now.

Where to book

Go to Schedule from your member dashboard. From there you can choose individual supervision or group supervision.

When you launch the scheduler, Jane will open in a new tab. That is expected.

How hours work

Your supervisor logs completed sessions on your behalf. That means the hour record comes from completed supervision sessions, not from member self entry.

If something looks wrong or you need clarification, use Support.
